WHAT DOES THE 12-WEEK PROGRAM CONSIST OF?

4 MEASUREMENT MOMENTS

We start with a baseline measurement. This is followed by a measurement after 4 weeks, after 8 weeks, and finally a final measurement. All of this is under the guidance of a Personal Trainer.

TARGETED TRAINING SCHEDULES

During the 12 weeks, you will follow a goal-oriented training schedule that ensures you train very specifically towards your set goal during these weeks!

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

During the 12-week program, you will receive nutritional guidance from an experienced nutritionist, gain access to the Food App Tracker, and can schedule three 20-minute nutritional advice consultations.

PRO-MEMBERSHIP

During the 12-week program, you have a PRO Membership in the Gympact App for 12 weeks. This facilitates your progress!
