Timo is the entrepreneur behind Gympact! Timo trains the trainers and provides Personal Training himself, because that is his great passion! Timo has been active in the fitness industry for more than 15 years. He is known for his incredibly tough workouts, for which people are grateful not at the moment, but afterwards!

Julia Worp

Julia is an enthusiastic trainer who loves sharing her extensive knowledge of fitness and nutritional intake. Julia gets a lot of energy from working out and tries to make all her classes fun so that you leave the gym feeling great!




Frenck Guijt

Frenck has a background in gymnastics, which led him into sports and fitness. As a trainer at Gympact, he derives the most satisfaction from teaching group classes. During his classes, Frenck always tries to bring out the best in people while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. He believes it is important to train hard and still have fun!


Chris van Drie

Chris is a Host who has been training himself for years. His goal is to make everyone at Gympact feel welcome, and you can always count on him for a good chat. He also loves inviting you for a cup of coffee or tea, or one of his delicious shakes!

Micha loves continuously developing his knowledge of training, nutrition, and coaching, and is eager to share this knowledge with you!
