I want to sign up, how do I do that?
You can sign up via the website or come to Gympact in person and sign up at the reception desk! To sign up via the website, click the “Register” button in the top right corner. There you can choose which membership you would like to purchase. If you have more questions and would like to sign up together with a trainer, feel free to come to Gympact in person to register. After registration, you will receive a link to activate your account. Once you have activated your account, you can download the Virtuagym Fitness app on your mobile and log in. You are now in the Gympact environment where you can book your workouts.

I want to pause my membership; when is this possible?
Pausing your membership is only possible in the event of an injury or illness AND if you are unable to train for more than a month due to this injury or illness. To pause your membership, you must provide a medical certificate from a doctor. Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 3 months.

I want to cancel my membership, how do I do that?
Memberships can only be cancelled in writing, via email. Please note that there is a notice period of one full calendar month. If you were to cancel on January 15, February would be your last month. When cancelling via email, please send your email to info.amsterdam@gympact.nl for Gympact Amsterdam and info@gympact.nl for Gympact Volendam.

I want a personal training program, can you help me with that?
Yes, we can do that! With all our memberships, you have the opportunity to sit down with a trainer every 8 weeks to create a personalized training schedule. Upon signing up, you immediately receive one credit for a training schedule. During this 30-minute appointment, you will discuss your goals and how your schedule will be structured. You can schedule this appointment independently via the Virtuagym Fitness app. Log in with your Gympact account, go to 'Appointment Schedule', scroll down, and select 'Training Program'. Finally, choose your preferred day and time!

Personal Training, how does it work?
You can choose to purchase 1, 4, 8, or 12 personal training sessions. These personal training sessions are in combination with a valid membership. During these personal training sessions, you will receive undivided attention for an hour! Would you like an intake first to discuss your situation and wishes? Send us an email, ask for a trainer, or feel free to stop by.

I am pregnant, how does that affect the training?
Congratulations! We offer pre- and postpartum workouts led by trainers specializing in training women during and after pregnancy. When creating a personalized training program, the trainer will take your personal situation into account and assess what is needed for optimal recovery.

I have an injury, what now?
First, let one of the trainers know what injury you have sustained. The trainer can then assess which muscle groups can potentially still be trained. At Gympact, we have trainers with a background in physiotherapy who are happy to help you! If necessary, you can pause your membership for a maximum of 3 months, subject to providing a medical certificate from your doctor. You can only pause your membership for full calendar months.

I have signed up, how do I find the Gympact app?
As soon as you have signed up for a membership or punch card at Gympact, you will receive an email with a link. Please note! This email may end up in your spam folder. Click on the link to activate your account. Set up an email address and password. Once your account is activated, go to your mobile device to download the "Virtuagym Fitness" app via the App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app is installed, you can log in with your email address and password. You will go through a few standard steps in the app and can enter some personal details. And the Gympact app is ready for use!
