CROSSCAMP

Crosscamp is a 45-minute workout consisting of various disciplines such as CrossFit, circuit training, powerlifting, and kettlebell. In this group class, the exercises are performed in a circuit format. We work with various materials such as punching bags, kettlebells, plyo boxes, monkey bars, and, not to forget, the Gympact Cage! The Cage is a training rack with an infinite number of possible exercises.

OUTDOOR TRAINING

Due to the lockdown, it is not possible to train indoors, but you can outside! During these sessions, you can train independently or join our 'Workout of the Day'. A trainer is always present to answer any questions. You can use various equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, and other weights.

IMPACT

Gympact's IMPACT training is a physical and mental training program originally developed for combat sports by Martin Rooney (TFW). However, IMPACT is not exclusively for the world's best fighters. For both men and women who want to improve their fitness, lower their body fat percentage, or get stronger, IMPACT is a perfect workout. During this training, extra attention is given to a proper warm-up, sprinting, coaching each other during exercises, posture, and strength training.

BBB

BBB targets the three most important Bs of your body: Belly, Legs, and Glute! In just 45 minutes, you train all these muscle groups using cardio and strength exercises.

KIDSCAMP

We are also the ideal training location for young people. We take your child's health extremely seriously, as every member of Gympact receives the guidance and attention they need. Training takes place twice a week under the supervision of Gympact trainers. Through a versatile training program, we offer the children a comprehensive range of options. We consider flexibility, posture, strength, resilience, coordination, and endurance to be important aspects of good training. Would your children like to join you at the gym, or do they have less affinity for team sports? Then they can come to Gympact's Kidscamp. With Kidscamp, children are kept busy in a playful way to become fitter and stronger. In this way, they work on their individual fitness and strength as a team. Because a certified trainer is present, it is possible to take into account each individual child's strengths and weaknesses.
