CROSSCAMP

Crosscamp is a 45-minute workout consisting of various disciplines such as CrossFit, circuit training, powerlifting, and kettlebell. In this group class, the exercises are performed in a circuit format. We work with various materials such as punching bags, kettlebells, plyo boxes, monkey bars, and, not to forget, the Gympact Cage! The Cage is a training rack with an infinite number of possible exercises.

Pre & Post Partum

Are you pregnant or have you just given birth? Then this workout is for you! Strength training during and after your pregnancy in a small group with personal guidance. Stay strong and fit during your pregnancy and work on the recovery of your core (diastasis) and pelvic floor postpartum.


OUTDOOR TRAINING

Due to the lockdown, it is not possible to train indoors, but you can outside! During these sessions, you can train independently or join our 'Workout of the Day'. A trainer is always present to answer any questions. You can use various equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, and other weights.

IMPACT

Gympact's IMPACT training is a physical and mental training program originally developed for combat sports by Martin Rooney (TFW). However, IMPACT is not exclusively for the world's best fighters. For both men and women who want to improve their fitness, lower their body fat percentage, or get stronger, IMPACT is a perfect workout. During this training, extra attention is given to a proper warm-up, sprinting, coaching each other during exercises, posture, and strength training.

BBB

BBB targets the three most important Bs of your body: Belly, Legs, and Glute! In just 45 minutes, you train all these muscle groups using cardio and strength exercises.

KIDSCAMP

We are also the ideal training location for young people. We take your child's health extremely seriously, as every member of Gympact receives the guidance and attention they need. Training takes place twice a week under the supervision of Gympact trainers. Through a versatile training program, we offer the children a comprehensive range of options. We consider flexibility, posture, strength, resilience, coordination, and endurance to be important aspects of good training. Would your children like to join you at the gym, or do they have less affinity for team sports? Then they can come to Gympact's Kidscamp. With Kidscamp, children are kept busy in a playful way to become fitter and stronger. In this way, they work on their individual fitness and strength as a team. Because a certified trainer is present, it is possible to take into account each individual child's strengths and weaknesses.

    You won't achieve your desired fitness level by exercising alone; your diet is also a key factor influencing this. We offer Nutritional Coaching with access to a Food Tracker app and a monthly 30-minute nutritional advice session. Through small changes, we ensure a big and lasting impact!

  • Developing a Routine

    Do you need help creating your own training schedule? As part of our membership, we offer a consultation with a trainer to analyze your goals and create a suitable personal training schedule based on your needs and objectives. You can schedule a new session every 8 weeks to discuss your results and update your personal training schedule.

  • Improve Fitness

    We offer a class called High Impact that focuses on improving your fitness and lowering your body fat percentage. With a membership, you can take as many High Impact classes as you want! We offer them in both the morning and the evening!

  • Getting energy

    If you need some extra motivation and energy, try our personal training sessions! One of our experienced trainers will guide you through your exercises for an hour, motivating and energizing you! We guarantee you will have sore muscles the next morning. This is the most effective form of guidance toward results.

  • Better Posture

    We spend a lot of time in front of screens throughout the day. This can have a negative impact on your posture. Try our Crosscamp class, which focuses on building muscle. The trainer will give you advice on how to perform the exercises correctly, which in turn can help improve your overall posture during workouts and in daily life!

    Are you looking for more goal-oriented training? Try one of our 12-week programs with a pre-designed training schedule, measurements, and nutritional advice. A combined 1,000 kg of fat has been lost and 750 kg of muscle gained during all 12-week programs completed to date.

    Are you looking for that personal touch in a gym? The feeling of belonging to a community? Then look no further! At Gympact, we pay a lot of attention to building a community around our gym.
